We thoroughly enjoyed the stay, it was an excellent experience. The hotel was ideal and the staff very knowledgeable, incredible location very close to city centre. Location: the venue was next to public transport, restaurants, and grocery store, Dam square and red light district and "our" Amsterdam. We had lunch at nearby Wok to Go, tried their fast food options.

Quiet oasis in bustling location. Great base for exploring. Friendly and pleasant staff. Incredible location, close to everything. Free bike hire. Well-kept and presented. Central to everything, yet quiet. Very clean and welcoming.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The location couldn't have been better! Right in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops and bakery. Plus, they offered free bike rentals, which was a great way to explore the area. The staff was super friendly and went the extra mile to assist us with our heavy luggage, carrying it up the narrow stairways.
The shower situation was a bit frustrating. The main bathroom had a loose shower that couldn't be adjusted, and the shower over the bath was handheld only.

Great apartment in a perfect spot for exploring. the free bike hire was an amazing way to see everything in the city. the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Plus, the staff at the check-in bike shop were extremely helpful and friendly. We were able to easily access nearby attractions and restaurants.
The windows were a bit difficult to open and the noise from surrounding bars and restaurants made it challenging to sleep with the windows open. this was easily fixed by shutting the windows and sleeping with the supplied electric fan.

We couldn't have asked for a better location. the hotel is situated right in the heart of the city and close to most tourist attractions. the super clean and comfortable room, with an excellent shower and plenty of towels, made our stay more enjoyable. the friendly staff made sure everything was perfect; they even carried our luggage up to the room. And the croissant shop next door was a dream come true for our breakfast cravings.
The stairs were a bit steep, but it's nothing to worry about if you don't have heavy luggage.

The location couldn't be better - it was just steps away from the bustling city center with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The room was very comfortable, clean, and had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. the staff was super friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
That the hotel didn't offer breakfast, which was a bit disappointing since it was advertised in the name. Another disadvantage was that the stairs were quite steep and narrow, which may not be ideal for all guests.
